The Goal
I've always had a "pooch" tummy, even before I had children. After having two kids, it was even worse, and exercise wasn't helping. I tried to lose as much weight as I could in a healthy way before I decided to look into body contouring options.

After talking with my physician, I chose to have VASER Lipo^® performed on my abdomen, inner thighs and under my chin. I had a "chicken neck" that really bothered me and my surgeon said that VASER Lipo could help.

The Surgery
Everything went very smoothly. My surgeon explained everything from the first time I walked into his office until after my surgery and beyond. He had an excellent bedside manner and was very honest in assessing which areas of my body would benefit from VASER Lipo and where he didn't think I needed improvement.

The Results
My experience with VASER Lipo was excellent. I was surprised at how quick my recovery was! I didn't feel what I would call pain, just discomfort for the first few days to a week, and it quickly got better. I swelled a little but that went down within a week. There was some bruising around my abdomen, but it improved daily and I was never concerned.

My overall results are amazing!! I love having a flat stomach, thinner thighs and a more sculpted chin and neck. If I had to do it all over again, I would without hesitation.

The Goal
I've always been in relatively good shape, but I've been plagued with love handles that continued to grow as I got older. Diet and exercise just didn't help. Out of frustration, I started looking into liposuction. After doing some research, I decided I wouldn't settle for traditional liposuction because of the intense pain, long recovery and possible complications.

The Surgery
I had VASER Lipo performed at a local surgery center. My surgeon removed roughly 3.5 liters of fat from my stomach, lower back and upper hips. I didn't feel a thing. I was able to go home an hour or so after the procedure.

The next day I was able to put in a full day at my home office with just a few short rests. I felt minimal pain following my VASER Lipo procedure. My doctor gave me some prescription painkillers, but honestly I only took one the night after the surgery as a precaution. I felt a slight discomfort for a couple of days, like being sore the day after a hard workout. I had mild swelling and bruising for a few days but it was never a concern.

The Results
I am extremely happy with the results of my VASER Lipo procedure and I would recommend it to anyone. I eat better and exercise more because I can really see the difference it makes. That frustration I lived with for years is totally gone. I look great, and people tell me my body looks better than it did 20 years ago.
